Unveiling the Truth: Is this Real or Just a Mirage?

To get to the end. Yes, energy readings are for real.

What do I mean by real? Is this all my own perspective? Can others also sense what I am sensing. Does this apply outside of my own mind?

Seems fantastical and it is but still part of reality!

The answer is still Yes to all of this.

A key milestone for me in this journey was overcoming the constant nagging in my head that I'm making this up or that I'm embellishing details. It was a constant source of doubt for me. Providing details to others about their inner lives and mindsets isn't something that is often discussed in common conversations. In media and entertainment such individuals are seen as outsiders and goofballs, kooks and folks not all there.

Two things I will share with you in this post are reflections I've had relating to how 'real' this is to me and others.

First experience is participating in a group meditation. The organizer had everyone focus on an image in their mind, and then draw it out. Mine was a web, nodes and lines connecting those nodes, like an expanding dreamcatcher. When the session was over we were encouraged to share our images we drew.

We then paired up and discussed our experiences. To my surprise, the person I paired with drew the same looking web. Same shapes, same design, it was a bit unnerving. Instead of shying away from the whole situation, I leaned into it, and realized I was tapping into something big.

Since that day 'This is Real' has become a mantra for me. Help me remember that experience. When I was tapping into my own energy in a group setting, someone else was struck with the same image as I was.

My second item I would like to share is the confirmation after every reading that the message resonates with them.

Getting a unique and individualized image each time a read a person in itself is an indicator to me I am picking up on some form of data output from each person. I am always working on the meaning, as each characteristic has a plethora of meanings. Only by working with the individual can I establish what those images mean and how it can be applied to make helpful decisions moving forward.

Much of what I experience is personal and within my own inner self. It is these instances when other people confirm they to experienced what I experienced, or confirm my perception aligns with theirs that these readings and sessions echo truth so loud it pushes the doubt back to the shadows.

The everyday world still doesn't readily accept this style of communication, and so I feel it is constantly needing to be validated.

Working with others regularly provides the validation that yes, this is Real, these images aren't purely illusionary and are being sensed by something outside of my own perception.
